It used to be that when you would listen to rap music all you would here is a lot of noise, very little content except for cursing and ear drum pounding sounds. Now days when you listen to a rap music cd you are hearing musical sounds and words that tell more of a story. The new rap music artists are trying to clean their music up and appeal to a wider variety of music lovers. I have found that I actually enjoy listening to a rap music cd when I am doing my long highway driving to and from work. I find it interesting that I will choose to listen to rap music now days when just a few years ago I did not think very much of this genre of music. I still enjoy some of my favorite songs from previous hit artists but I have added a new rap music cd to my collection and now enjoy these newer songs almost as much as my classics.
